5-star castle hotel on the banks of Loch Faskally

Dining

The hotel's Sandemans Fine Dining Restaurant holds 3 AA Rosettes for its culinary excellence. Guests can also eat at the Fonab Brasserie, which offers lighter meals, or reserve a Pod for an inside/outside dining experience. The cellars stock a broad selection of wines, whiskies, and gins to accompany any meal.

Rooms

Each room is individually designed, blending contemporary style with original castle features like turrets and high ceilings. Bathrooms include a walk-in power shower, Thierry Mugler toiletries, and bathrobes, while some rooms offer views over Loch Faskally or the Highlands. The hotel also offers Woodland Lodges and Lochside Lodges for guests wanting more privacy or scenic outlooks.
